Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 Notice:
We are fully committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India. We process and collect your data strictly on the grounds of explicit consent and legitimate usage.
1. Data We Collect (Grounds of Processing)
To provide you with secure payment requests, we collect and process only minimal necessary information:
- Registered Users: Name, Email Address, and UPI ID handle.
- Payment Slugs: UPI payment details (payee name, UPI ID, note, amount) entered to formulate dynamic links.
- Security & Privacy: We hash IP addresses for anonymous link builders to prevent abuse while ensuring maximum tracking confidentiality.
2. Financial Data Exclusions
Important: We do NOT collect, handle, or store your passwords, bank account numbers, credentials, PIN codes, or one-time codes (OTPs).
All money transfers are processed directly between the payer's UPI applications and your destination bank account via standard NPCI interoperable networks. No financial transaction routing occurs through our servers.
3. Rights of the Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you hold absolute rights to:
- Request summary details of personal data processed by us.
- Seek correction, completion, or complete erasure of your platform account information.
- Withdraw consent at any time (which will terminate account status).
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of incapacity.
